Refund Policy
At Pandaception, we value trust, clarity, and professionalism in every collaboration.
Our services — from creative strategy and design to content development and brand consultation — are delivered with care, expertise, and transparency.
This policy outlines how refunds are handled to ensure fairness for both our clients and our team.
1. Project Deposits and Payments
All projects begin with an agreed deposit (or retainer), which secures your slot in our schedule and covers preliminary planning, creative direction, and administrative preparation.

This deposit is non-refundable, as it accounts for time and resources allocated to your project.

The remaining balance will be billed according to the project timeline, milestones, or upon final delivery — as stated in your quotation or agreement.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:

Before work begins:
If you cancel before any creative or strategic work has started, we may consider a partial refund (less administrative and transaction fees). -
After work has started:
Once creative or production work is underway, refunds are not available, as time and resources have already been dedicated to the project.
However, Pandaception may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward future services. -
Completed or delivered work:
Once deliverables have been submitted, no refunds will be issued. We’ll gladly make reasonable revisions within the agreed scope to ensure satisfaction.
3. Event / Workshop Bookings (if applicable)
All event or workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you’re unable to attend, you may:

Transfer your booking to another participant, or

Reschedule (subject to availability and notice of at least 48 hours).
If an event is cancelled by Pandaception, all participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future session.
